Who

Oulas (oulas.app) is run by Ottmar Muhammad F. D., an individual in Indonesia (NIB 1810260009421). Contact: [email protected]. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

What Oulas does

It reads public posts and reviews about the restaurants you add and gives you a daily To do list and email. Tone, element and aspect labels are automatic readings and can be wrong. Check a post yourself before you act on it. Oulas does not promise to find every post or review.

Your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can open it can sign in as you. Add only restaurants you own or manage, or that you are allowed to manage for their owner.

By signing in you agree that we email you sign-in links, your daily email and payment emails: trial reminders, payment links and receipts.

Fair use

Do not use Oulas to harass the people who post, to copy their content somewhere else, or to break the law or the rules of TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads or Google Maps. We can close an account that misuses Oulas, and will tell you why by email.

Who owns what

Ottmar Muhammad F. D. owns the Oulas name, app and emails. Posts and reviews belong to the people who wrote them.

Price

One plan, Oulas, for one restaurant: Rp 299,000 for 1 month, Rp 807,000 for 3 months (10% off) or Rp 2,990,000 for 12 months (two months free). It includes one branch; each extra branch is Rp 99,000 a month. Oulas Group covers up to 10 branches of one restaurant: Rp 999,000 for 1 month, Rp 2,697,000 for 3 months or Rp 9,990,000 for 12 months. Payment fees are included. No VAT is added to these prices.

The first 30 restaurants that pay get founding prices: Oulas Rp 199,000 for 1 month, Rp 537,000 for 3 months or Rp 1,990,000 for 12 months, and Oulas Group Rp 799,000 for 1 month. A founding price holds for 12 months from the first payment, then the normal price applies. Extra branches have no founding price.

If prices change, we email you first. The new price applies from your next payment; time already paid keeps its price. If we show a wrong price by mistake, we can cancel that order; if you already paid, we refund it in full.

Refunds

If you ask within 7 days of paying, we refund that payment in full. Write to [email protected] with your order number. We send the money back through Midtrans, to the way you paid, where that payment method allows it; otherwise we agree with you by email how to send it. The time that payment added is taken back. There is no refund button in Oulas.

Free trial

Every new restaurant gets a first check, then 7 days free, with no payment details. Each Google Maps place gets the first check and free trial once.

Paying

Each payment adds a paid period of 1, 3 or 12 months after any time already paid, so paying early loses nothing. Nothing is charged automatically. We email you a payment link 3 days before a paid period ends.

When a trial ends, checking pauses. When a paid period ends, checking goes on for 3 more days, then pauses. While checking is paused there are no checks and no daily email; your feed, To do and settings stay readable, and nothing is deleted. Paying again starts checking again.

No guarantee

We work to keep Oulas running and correct, but it comes as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make from its readings, or for losses when the service is down.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time on your Account page. We can stop the service with 30 days’ notice by email.

Law

Indonesian law applies. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you.

Changes

We will email account holders before an important change.
